NEWS REPORT :: March 2008

Dear Brethren,

With our hands raised up high, we give God all the glory and honor for all the successes He gave us last month.

As we were preparing for final exams, students taking piano lessons were also busy for their recital last March 7, 2008. There were 27 piano recitalists. May they develop that talent they have for the Lord. Good job!

After the final exams more activities were up – the Candidates’ Banquet was held last March 19 at the Conference Hall of TESDA. We were blessed from the inspirational message given by Bro. Philip Campbell. It was a blessing to have him after visiting PBS. He talked on “Focused on Christ.”

Next to this was the Voice Recital of 39 students in voice classes. It was followed by the Conference on Evangelism on March 27-28. Many brethren from Cagayan Valley attended. Some came from Ilocos region too, It was such a time for brethren to see each other – to encourage and be encouraged, and to strengthen and to be strengthened. Bro. Domingo Tallud of Tuguegarao Church and Bro. Ronel Savellano of Cubao Church were the speakers.

Bro. Domingo Tallud charged the graduates with his message on “Equipped for Service.” We pray that all of these young people who equipped themselves from seminary for the service of the Lord be used in any way he wants them to be. Laurels for all of you graduate!

Our work does not end here. We sat down and planned for summer camps – the Senior Camp on April 13-16 and the Junior Camp on May 12-15. Our busy summer continues. We also planned to go out to promote and campaign for ABS.

Brethren, we want you to know that we fervently pray that the Lord will continue to bless all of you who support the seminary. We also continue to pray that the Lord will meet our management needs – the new seminary building and mobility (service vehicle).

Truly, the Lord provides. He is good all the time. Thank you again for all your love.

In Him,

Administrator, ABS
